The Power of Positive Thinking

I've had many people giving the prayer point, 'God please bless me beyond human expectations." But, is this statement really a just statement? It sounds pleasant to the hearing of the ear and to the mind, but is it really a rightful word to say? Is it really a good prayer unto God?

Now, before I'll tell you whether it’s good to make statement to God, I will want to clear your mind that you are not bigger than your thought of your mind. Nothing happens by chance or luck. Ask every successful people you find around the world if they really thought of becoming successful, they will tell you -YES- and that's the truth.

If you want to imprint your name in the sand of time, you must have thought about it. If you want to graduate from the university with good grade, you must have thought of it. If you want to become the best and greatest saxophonist in history, you must have thought about it. If you want to become the president of this nation that will change the economy for the best, you must have thought of it. I'm just trying to explain to you, the power of your thought before I'll continue with the statement, 'God please bless me beyond Human expectations'

There is a man called Rodin whose father said to him one fateful day, "I have idiot as a son" I was hoping Rodin will go into his room and thought of giving up. No! Instead, he thought of going to school to become a sculptor which he became! That's what your positive thinking can do.

Now that brings me to the statement again, 'God please bless me beyond human expectation." Is it wrong to say it or pray such prayer? I will say it’s a wrong statement when you fail to do what is expected from you. Now, when you say, God please bless me beyond human expectations, then you are expected to think beyond human expectations.

God will not bless you beyond human expectation if you refuse and fail to think beyond human expectation. Immediately you ask God to bless you beyond human expectations, He searches into your heart and mind to see what you think of and established it.

The Bible says, "The spirit of a man is the candle if the Lord, searching all the inward parts of the belly (innermost being, the mind). Proverbs 20:27. Why does he really search the mind of a man? "For as a man thinks in his heart, so is he" proverbs 23.7

What do you think? Is what UPI think that God brings into reality. You are the product of what you think. Think wisely. Think positively. Think beyond Hunan expectation, and I tell you, God will bless you beyond human expectations. Thinking beyond human expectation is what God expects from you before saying that God should bless you beyond human expectation.
